About EFO Tune Music x Nexus Venture
We are partnering with EFO Tune Music, a music streaming and promotion platform similar to Spotify, to support local Spanish artists and independent music creators in getting their music promoted on radio stations across Spain. We are now looking for a passionate Music Promoter and an Ads Specialist to join our growing team.
Build and maintain relationships with radio producers, program directors, and music curators
Coordinate with EFO Tune Music to align promotional strategies with artist goals
Track and report airplay performance and promotional outcomes
Identify new radio promotion opportunities for independent artists in Spain
Prior experience in music promotion, radio, or entertainment industry preferred
Strong communication and networking skills
Familiarity with the Spanish music market and radio landscape is a plus
Passion for music and supporting independent artists
Fluent in Spanish and/or English
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns (social media, digital, and/or radio ads) to promote local Spanish artists
Optimize ad performance to maximize reach and engagement within the Spanish market
• Confident use of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and reports
Collaborate with the promotions team and EFO Tune Music to ensure consistent messaging
Manage advertising budgets effectively to deliver the best ROI
Proven experience in digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms)
Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Collaborative and dynamic work environment in the music industry
Remote or hybrid work options in Spain

• Transparent salary range: 42,000 € – 58,000 € gross per year
